Es un concurso de recetas, y el requisito principal es que se utilice un cacito de caldo Knorr, en cualquiera de sus tres variedades, verduras, carne o pollo. Estos cacitos son muy versátiles, y se pueden utilizar para sopas, purés, arroces, guisos, asados, etc., y todas aquellas opciones que se os puedan ocurrir.
It is a recipes contest, and the main requirement is to introduce a Knorr Stock reduction in your recipe, in any of its three varieties: vegetables, meat or chicken. These stock reductions are very versatile and they can be used in soups, purées, rice, stews, roast, etc., and all the options you can make up.

Las recetas pueden ser tanto nuevas o inventadas por vosotros, como recetas clásicas a las que incorporéis este ingrediente.

Valoraremos aspectos como creatividad, ingenio, sencillez, eficacia, etc, puesto que pretendemos que estas recetas ayuden a la cocina cotidiana de toda la gente que tiene que preparar comida a diario, pero no tiene tiempo suficiente para hacerlo, proporcionándoles de esta manera, recursos para poder llevar a cabo su labor con recetas prácticas y accesibles tanto en tiempo como en elaboración.
We will value aspects such as creativity, wit, simplicity, effectiveness, etc, since our goal is to provide with recipes to help the everyday cooking of those people who must prepare meals day by day, but without enough time to do it properly. El concurso se llevará a cabo mensualmente, de modo que si no ganas la lata de Knorr con tu receta un mes, puedes elaborar otra y remitírnosla al mes siguiente o cuando lo desees.
The contest will be carried out monthly.. If you don´t succeed to get the tin this month, you can make another recipe and send it again the following one or when you wish..
