JACKED POTATOES WITH IBERIAN HAM AND GREEN MAYONNAISE

 INGREDIENTS (4 people)


8 medium size potatoes
300 grammes. of Iberian Ham
mayonnaise
a few spinach leaves


HOW TO MAKE IT


Bake the potatoes until they are soft.
Cut the ham in strips.


Boil the spinachs. Make the mayonnaise and add the spinachs. Beat them all together to get a green mayonnaise.


Hold a potato with your fingers and press its both sides together to make a natural hole. Introduce into it some ham, some green mayonnaise and some more ham onto the mayonnaise and …. READY!


Enjoy your potatoes!!!

Espero que podamos compartir pronto unas Jacked potatoes (with a river of beer, of course) en la soleada Marbella. Hoy, sin embargo, cojo el paraguas y me voy a la lluviosa Santander a ver qué anda haciendo la otra olla entre los fuegos.

Here in Málaga r pretty commond because They r cheap, rich and easy 2 have, even at street.
U only need: be hungry and a simple spoon.
