Today we have an easy and tasty poultry dish. It can be garnished with some potatoes (boiled, fried or smashed) and some peas, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, salad….

Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 turkey legs
- 1 or 2 carrots (depending on the size)
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- 2 cups of poultry stock
- 1 small cup of sherry
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions
Sprinkle the turkey legs with a drop of olive oil and put them into the oven, turning them around every now and then to brown them evenly. It takes about 30 minutes.
Dice the onion and the carrots. Add them to the turkey, together with the stock and the sherry.
Mix the honey and the mustard, and spread it on the turkey legs with a brush several times while cooking.
Beat the sauce with an electric beater and pour it onto the turkey and…ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
